Our History
Edward E. Martins and his wife Donna L. Martins were residents of Hayward, CA, and a practicing lawyer for 50 years.
Seeing a need for charitable work in Hayward and the surrounding areas formed our organization to support those that have the drive to be a top performer in their line of work.
